Cats fighting and biting each other is something that's bound to happen in multi-cat households. Every cat has a different personality, but they are all pretty possessive and territorial - especially when it comes to food and affection. Some young cats (kittens in particular) are natural pests and some are just mean. Of course, older cats tend like their routines and to be left alone. But if you've got two or more cats that are always 'going at each other', one of them will probably be the aggressor, more often than not.
So the best thing to do is make special provisions for the victim cat. Of course, you love them both and so everyone will have to live together. But sometimes, you'll have to set things up so that they're kept apart as much as possible, at feeding time in particular. You want separate sleeping arrangements, separate food bowls... separate everything.
Also, make sure that there's always plenty of food available since the cat battles will usually begin near meal time. If they don't have any food to bite down on, they'll start biting each other!
